I was fortunate to teach a journaling class every summer for several years at the Louisiana Assemblies of God's Young Ministers Institute.I don't consider myself a professional journaler...
But I can say that since taking journaling more seriously myself over the past several years, my journaling techniques have improved. I feel like my writing is often more productive - not always, but more often than it was when I first started.
